I started working at the age of 22. And I had the good fortune of dabbling with multiple professions across industries. At one such organization, I went through a coaching program that brought me in touch with my core strengths. As I looked back at my career, it dawned on me that the only thing I truly enjoyed was when I used my people’s skills, motivational abilities and oration to touch, move and inspire others. It is here that my channel 2centsbyNishtha was born. But the more I worked with adults, I realized that if we needed to raise a strong next generation, we had to catch them young. It is here that I founded EQvolve.

My mission is to empower children with the skills and mindset necessary to thrive in a VUCA world. By fostering resilience, emotional intelligence, and a growth mindset, the aim is to make them future-ready with all the skills they need to adapt to a world that is Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous.

We make our children well-versed with all the five pillars of emotional intelligene. From self-awareness and self-regulation, to motivation, empathy and social skills, we have developed programs and curriculum that cater to the EQ development of kids between the age of 5-18 years.

The end goal of all pursuits is believed to be happiness. The longest happiness study by Harvard University has been going on for the last almost 90 years. And the findings are clear. EQ counts for twice as much as IQ and Technical Skills in determining who will be successful!

I loved the happiness session! It made me feel like a superhero of happiness. We did fun activities and learned about smiling even when things are tough. Now, I have a happiness cape, and I wear it whenever I need a boost. Thank you for teaching us how to be happy every day

I really enjoyed the happiness session! We made a happiness collage with pictures of all the things we love. It made me realize how many happy things I have in my life. Now, whenever I feel a bit down, I look at my collage, and it cheers me up. Thank you for helping us find happiness in simple and fun ways!

The happiness club was super, super awesome! We made a picture puzzle of all the things that make us jump with joy. I learned that a smile is like a superhero cape for your face. Now, I wear my invisible smile cape every day! Woosh, woosh!
